To all staff and students,

 

Please find attached a brief document providing information about Complaints.  We hope it will provide some clarity on the different policies in operation, definitions and who to talk to.  We are providing this as part of our ongoing work towards meeting the expectations of Office of the Independent Adjudicators’ Good Practice Framework.  To be clear the core complaint policy relevant to you is in the appendices of your Academic Handbook.
