Baby Loss Awareness Week - prayer opportunity in chapel Tuesday evening

9th-15th October is Baby Loss Awareness Week (which aims to increase awareness of pregnancy/baby loss, to improve care, as well as to remember those children that have been lost). It ends on the 15th October each year with a global wave of light starting at 7pm in each time zone, with people lighting candles in remembrance.

Track 1 student Sarah Butcher will be organising our own time of prayer and candle lighting in the Queen's chapel this Tuesday, 15th October, starting at 7pm and concluding at 8.15pm. The idea is that anyone is welcome to pop in for as long or as short a time as they wish, simply to pray, to remember and (if they'd like to) to light a candle. There will be a short prayer at the start and finish time, but no other content - just some space. The finishing time is designed to allow students who are here for evening lectures to be able to participate if they wish, during their mid-evening coffee-break at 8pm.

Anyone who is around at Queen's on Tuesday evening is welcome to take part.
