1. To all Returning Track 1 Students Accommodation , please see the attached guide to accommodation arrangements.

Note that if, for specific reasons you have made an individual arrangement with hospitality about your date of arrival, then that still stands. 

2. To all continuing students, many of you will by now have had two emails about something called Student Advantage.  This is being rolled out currently and if you have not been sent it yet then you should be over the next few days.  If you are continuing with study in 2019-20 and by Friday 30th August next week you do not have an account then do email moodle@queens.ac.uk to let me know.

3. To students who are not continuing study in 2019-20.  Just to advise you that we need to keep your moodle account active for the next several weeks (and into late November for post graduates) as we use Moodle to present all of your work to our external examiners and the Universities.  Now may be a good time to check that you have downloaded copies of all of your submitted assessment and feedback from your time with us.  We advise you in the academic handbook that Universities expect you to retain copies of all of your own summative assessments for 5 years after you have left in case of queries from them as well as for your own reference.

4. Our offices will be closed this bank holiday weekend, but back open Tuesday 27th August if you have any questions.
