Dear students

If you have not already been in contact with me to rsvp, please could I ask you to do so by this Thursday 10th May at the very latest so we can confirm numbers for catering and practical arrangements for the day.

I would also be really grateful to hear from anyone who is able to help out during the day. 

We could do with about 4 volunteers to help Mark with setting setting up for the service in the Marquee on the Saturday morning itself for a couple of hours at the most.  Mark would also appreciate about 3 volunteers to help during the service.

We could also do with a couple of volunteers to help staff serve refreshments in the dining room and and to be a car parking steward.

If you are able to assist during the day along with members of staff that would be greatly appreciated.
