With the upcoming festive season fast approaching, in Hospitality we can see that many of you have been purchasing gifts that have been arriving at reception in parcel form.

We are happy to receive these parcels on your behalf, however due to the increased amount of parcels we are receiving at reception, can we ask that you collect your parcels as soon as you have been notified by your courier they have arrived.  This will really support our need to keep the reception area tidy and safe from obstacles.

Please be reminded that whilst we are happy to sign for your parcels, we do not take responsibility for them.  If they arrive in damaged packaging we will ensure this is noted when we sign for them.
