Greenbelt Festival logo in black, with the words Artistry, activism, belief in red. Open hands in red on either sides.

We are truly excited to be present at Greenbelt for the 50th-anniversary edition of this fantastic festival. Over the years, Queen’s folks regularly engaged with Greenbelt – hosting sessions, giving talks, volunteering or simply taking part as Greenbelters. This year, you will find a dedicated team staffing our stand in the exhibitors area and you can also join us for other bits of exciting things we will be up to:

Queen’s Exhibitor stand: Every day, all day, in the takeaway area:
This year, for the first time, Queen’s will hold an exhibitor’s stand, offering information and guidance to festival-goers who might be interested in studying theology. You will find us in the Takeaway area, with our shiny new flyers, our fun games, and some freebies too. Come say hello and bring your friends along!

Matchstick session at the Hope and Anchor dry bar: Generational Injustice and Money - Sunday, 3 pm.
Queen’s folks will join our friends at the Hope and Anchor for an intergenerational conversation. Wonder what a matchstick session is? The below by the Hope and Anchor might help:
Real conversations connect us and change us. Each Matchstick session is designed to do just this: to help us get real about some tricky subjects here at the Hope and Anchor. Each is ignited by a short story on a (sometimes fiery) theme, sparking deeper conversations with those friends and strangers around us for about half an hour. This year, we’ll be wrestling with awkward conversation topics, the sorts of things you might not usually bring up over Sunday lunch, so bring your kindling questions and firelighter ideas and be prepared to get a little realer as you listen and share.
