As David said yesterday, we would like to encourage you all to make good use of the calendar on Moodle in order to relieve some of the pressure on notices at lunchtime. If you would like to add an event to Moodle please make sure that you read the attached guidelines first. These contain essential information and advice about how to make the best use of the calendar. Applications will need to be made to Althia who will update the calendar on both Monday and Thursday morning. Please make sure that you give her as much notice as possible. Events to be published must meet the criteria which are set out in the guidelines. I've put a copy of the guidelines in the 'Guide to Moodle', and updated the guide to include the use of the calendar. We will of course be monitoring how this use of the calendar works, if you have any comments or suggestions please let me know. But please remember that you should apply to Althia to have your event included.
