Eventbrite is our new meal bookings system at Queen’s.  When used by all, Eventbrite ensures accurate meal provision are being made for all those wishing to dine at Queen’s, it minimises waste and supports our Catering Team so they can accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. 

We are mindful that it can take time to adjust to a new system, and have allowed folk to dine without a formal booking via Eventbrite.  In doing it has meant that on some days the Catering Team have had to cater for 50% more meals, than were booked via Eventbrite.  This is no longer sustainable, and whilst we will endeavour to ensure no one is left unfed, we now have to implement a tighter routine to meal bookings and provisions, as follows;

·        All meal bookings, including those for guests, are to be made via Eventbrite. 

·        Meal bookings for the following week close at 1pm each Thursday. 

·        If you miss the deadline you may still dine with us, but will have to wait until those who have booked, have been served

·        You can make advanced meal bookings for future weeks, if you are happy to book in for meals without seeing the menus.
