We have received the following message:
We're just dropping you a note to let you know that the following Turnitin services will be unavailable on July 10, 2018: To ensure that services remain stable, particularly during high submission periods, this maintenance will include several hardware updates and performance improvements.
When will services be unavailable?
BST July 10 4pm - 12am (July 11).
Also, a number of students have reported that messages sent via Moodle are going to their junk/spam folder and they are missing them. This appears to be a problem particularly with hotmail. If you have this problem please do the following:
- Select Options | More Options… from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar.
- Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Preventing junk email.
- Click Safe senders.
- Type the email address or domain you want to put on the Safe senders list in the Sender or domain to mark as safe: entry field.
- Click Add to list >>.
