Worship at Queen's - Summer Term second half

For the second half of this term the worship pattern at Queen's will be changing to take account of the reduced number of students on site.

The main changes are as follows:

  1. There will be no Wednesday evening Foundation Worship (Tuesday at 5pm continues as normal).
  2. There will be no official Friday lunchtime corporate silence – though anyone is free to use chapel for their own silent prayer, of course.
  3. Lunchtime worship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be STAFF-LED using a simple form of midday service of the word. (This does not have to be led by staff - others are welcome to offer to lead this too - if you would like to, let Mark Earey know)

So, the pattern for the week looks like this:

Monday       12.30pm – Simple midday service

Tuesday       5.00pm – Staff-led service of Word & Table (no service or silence at lunchtime)

Wednesday 12.30pm – Simple midday service

Thursday     12.30pm – Simple midday service

Friday             No service or silence
