You may already be aware that the interviews for Principal will be taking place at Queen’s on Tuesday 12^th and Wednesday 13^th March. Our Chair of Governors, Bishop Paul Bayes, has asked me to let you know some more about the arrangements. 

On Tuesday 12^th March, there will be a set of four group panels, consisting of representatives from the Academic staff, Professional Services staff, on-site students, and off-site students. Each of the shortlisted candidates will be meeting with each panel, for about 20 minutes.  The purpose of these meetings is for the candidates to ask questions about the Foundation, so that they will be better informed when they come to the formal interviews on the following day (March 13^th). Please note that these meetings are not themselves interviews, and that the candidates will decide what the subjects of the conversation will be.

The following day, on Wednesday 13^th March, the candidates will have their formal interviews with a separate Interview Group, consisting of some Governors, senior staff, and other stakeholders.
