Please find the following changes to Covid restrictions on campus:
- Positive LFD tests no longer need to be reported to covid@queens.ac.uk
- Please wear a
mask if you have COVID-like symptoms, or other symptoms of respiratory
infections
- You may be asked to wear a mask in some settings where social distancing is not possible
In addition:
- We encourage you to make frequent use of hand sanitiser
- Red lanyards continue to be available at
Reception for those who feel more vulnerable and would like to signal that they
would like those around them to exercise extra care
- Please try and observe social distancing where
practical
- Please remember the importance of good ventilation in infection control
- If you have reason to suspect that your symptoms could be COVID, rather than a cold (e.g. you’ve been with someone else who has COVID, or your symptoms include a temperature and/or a cough), we advise you to follow Government guidance by trying to stay at home and avoid contact with others for 5 days, which is when you are likely to be most infectious
- You are encouraged to take lateral flow tests if they
have access to them
Any questions please email covid@queens.ac.uk
